Two flat blades cross and twist past one another, with the LED hidden in the gap between them, so what shows on the wall is not a lit fixture but a pair of dark shapes with light escaping around their edges. Bastia stands 16.5 inches tall and measures 2.4 inches wide, about the width of a picture frame edge, which lets it take a wall with no room for a shade: alongside a bed, in a corner, or up a stair.
Because the light is indirect it lands on the wall and spreads outward from behind the blades rather than arriving from a visible bulb. That gives a soft, low glare wash, which is why the fixture suits places people sit and lie down rather than places they work. Three color temperatures are selected at the wall switch, so the same light runs warm through an evening and neutral when clarity matters more. The integrated LED is rated 10 watts and 800 lumens and ships with the fixture.
The frame is iron with an acrylic element, finished in matte black or gold, and the two finishes behave differently once lit: black draws the blades as a silhouette against the glow, gold catches the light along the twist. Installation is hardwired to a wall junction box on 120V, 60Hz US mains, so this is a fitted light rather than something to hang and plug in. Switch the circuit off at the breaker first and use an electrician for new wiring.

You see the light, not the lamp
The LED sits in the gap where the two blades cross, so nothing points into the room. What lands on the wall is a wide soft halo with the fixture reading as a dark shape inside it, which is why it suits the places people sit and lie down.

No. The LED is integrated and included, drawing 10 watts for 800 lumens, so there is nothing to source and nothing to change out.
It is not built for that. The light is indirect, spreading from behind the blades onto the wall rather than arriving from a visible source, which is what makes it low glare. Keep a bedside or task light for reading.
It hardwires to a wall junction box, so there is no cord and no plug. It stands 16.5 inches tall and 2.4 inches wide, and both finishes, black and gold, mount the same way.
Sconces are the easiest fixture to hang badly. Height is set by what they sit next to, not by the wall.
