Two fixtures arrive in the box, and that is the point of Bramley. Hallways, landings and long corridors rarely look right with one ceiling light, and buying a matched pair separately usually means two slightly different batches of paint. Here the wood canopy and the painted iron drum are made together, so both units are identical when they go up eight feet apart.

Each drum holds an integrated LED rated at 12W and 960 lumens, enough to cover roughly 32 to 108 square feet on its own. Flipping the wall switch cycles the fixture through three color tones, so a corridor can sit warm in the evening and neutral in the morning without a dimmer, a smart bridge or a second circuit. The canopy is timber and the shade is iron, painted in green, gray, black, white, blue or a flat mustard yellow.

At 7.1 inch across and 3.9 inch deep the pair sits close to the ceiling, which matters in the low rooms these are usually bought for. Both are hardwired at 120V, 60Hz and carry CE and UL certification. Assembly is required and each fixture takes its own junction box, so plan the spacing before the first hole is drilled. The rating is dry location, which covers hallways, bedrooms and living rooms but not a bathroom or an open porch.

Shallow for a low ceiling

Two. Bramley is sold only as a set of two identical fixtures and the price covers both.
Flipping the wall switch cycles the fixture through three tones, so a corridor can sit warm in the evening and neutral in the morning. There is no dimmer, no smart bridge and no second circuit.
Each drum holds an integrated LED rated at 12W and 960 lumens, which covers roughly 32 to 108 square feet on its own.

Flush and semi-flush fixtures exist for ceilings that cannot give up the height. Choosing between them is mostly a clearance question.

  • Ceilings under 8 feetChoose flush. A semi-flush will feel low.
  • Ceilings 8 to 10 feetSemi-flush works and adds some depth to the room.
  • Minimum clearanceAt least 7 feet from the floor to the lowest point of the fixture.
  • PlacementCentre it in the room, or centre it over the walkway in a hallway rather than on the room's midpoint.
  • Hallways and landingsOne fixture roughly every 8 to 10 feet keeps the light even.

Starting points, not rules. Check them against the measurements listed for this piece and against your own ceiling height before you drill.

From Our Customers

What Elbrune shoppers have to say.

Exactly What the Kitchen Needed

Was a little unsure about the size at first, but it ended up looking perfect over our table. The warm light makes the kitchen feel so much cozier. Really happy with it.

Took a Little Longer, but I Love It

Shipping took a few days longer than expected, but everything arrived safely. The lamp looks really nice on our nightstand and customer service was helpful when I asked for an update.

Glad I Went for It

I hadn’t ordered from Elbrune before so I was a little nervous. Everything arrived well packed though and the light looks even nicer in person :)

Looks So Nice Over the Table

The color is a little warmer in person than I expected, but I actually like it better that way. Looks great over our dining table.

Made Our Patio Look So Much Better

We put these by the back door and I’m really happy with them. They give off plenty of light and made the patio feel a lot nicer at night.

Took a While, but Worth It

Delivery took around 10 days, but other than that no complaints. The lamp looks great in our living room and feels really solid.

Light sets the room

Ceiling light is the first thing a room reads and the last thing most people change.

Hung at the right height

Every drop, rod and cord length is listed, so it lands where you want it.

Warm, not clinical

Chosen for the quality of the light as much as the shape of the fixture.
