Crystal usually arrives oversized. Cristel does not: 9.8 inches across, 3.9 inches deep, two tiers of crystal set around a stainless steel body. That makes it a small hallway, a galley kitchen or a landing fixture rather than a dining room one, and at 2.6 pounds it is light enough that an ordinary ceiling fixing holds it without reinforcement.
Behind the crystal sits an integrated LED, included with the fixture, and its color temperature changes from the wall switch you already have, three settings cycled by flicking the switch. There is no remote to lose and no app to install. Because crystal refracts rather than diffuses, the fixture scatters small points of light across the ceiling and the nearest wall, which is the argument for putting it in a corridor where there is surface close enough to catch them.
It ships assembled, so installation is the ceiling plate and the wiring; the fixture is hardwired on 120V, 60Hz US mains, with no plug or cord. The IP20 rating covers dry indoor positions, which rules out a shower zone or anywhere that fills with steam. Depth matters more than diameter on this one, since 3.9 inches of drop keeps it clear of a door swing and of anyone tall in a low corridor. Certification is CE and UL. Dust the crystal with a dry microfiber cloth.

No. The LED is integrated and included, and there is no assembly, so the fixture goes straight up. It is hardwired rather than plug in.

Flush and semi-flush fixtures exist for ceilings that cannot give up the height. Choosing between them is mostly a clearance question.
