This is a candle warmer, not a candle holder and not a diffuser. Two GU10 twist lock bulbs sit inside the flower shaped glass shade and point downward onto whatever you place on the base, melting a scented candle or a wax melt from its top surface instead of burning the wick. The fragrance releases cleanly, the wick never chars, and there is no open flame in the room.

Both bulbs are supplied. The white and brown versions each come with either a dimmer knob, which raises and lowers brightness and with it the heat reaching the wax, or a timer switch that shuts the lamp off on its own. The shade is hand blown glass formed as overlapping petals and made to take bulb heat without crazing; the body is iron. Turned low, the lamp doubles as a soft bedside light. No candle, wax or oil is included, so choose a vessel of your own.

It stands 13.4 inches tall on a 5.9 inch footprint and needs light assembly. Because the bulbs produce real heat, use it only on a dry, stable, heat tolerant surface, keep it clear of curtains, keep it out of reach of children and pets, let the shade cool before handling it, and never leave it warming unattended. Dust with a soft dry cloth. Rated for dry indoor locations. CE and UL certified.

No. The two GU10 twist lock bulbs are supplied, but no candle, wax melt or oil comes with it. It works with a scented candle or a wax melt placed on the base.
The dimmer knob raises and lowers brightness, and with it the heat reaching the wax, so you can slow a melt down or turn the lamp into a soft bedside light. The timer switch shuts the lamp off on its own, which suits anyone who would rather not have to remember.
No. It is a heat producing appliance: use it on a heat tolerant surface, keep it away from children and pets, and never leave it warming unattended. Dry indoor locations only.

A table lamp is sized to the surface it stands on and to the person sitting beside it.

  • Beside a bedThe bottom of the shade should sit roughly level with your shoulder when you are sitting up in bed.
  • Beside a reading chairBottom of the shade at eye level when seated, usually around 42 inches from the floor.
  • On a console or sideboardTotal lamp height no more than about one and a half times the depth of the surface.
  • Picking a sizeThe shade should be a little wider than the base and no wider than the table it stands on.
