The shade is pressed glass shaped into overlapping petals, and it is the reason this fixture exists. Pattern in glass does something a plain shade cannot: it breaks the light into a floral shadow across the ceiling, and it holds a visible texture during the day when nothing is switched on. Ronda pairs that shade with a brass fitting and keeps the whole thing to 9.1 inches, a kitchen and hallway scale rather than a statement one.
Two glass colors are stocked. Amber warms everything it touches and leans period, at home above a farmhouse sink or in an entry with older woodwork. Green is the cooler and more unusual of the pair, and it reads well against white cabinetry or a dark painted wall. Both use the same brass collar and ceiling plate, so the choice is purely about the light and the room around it.
A single E26 medium base bulb goes in, and it is not supplied, which leaves the character of the light to you. A clear filament lamp pushes the petal pattern hard onto the ceiling; a frosted one softens it to a glow. Dimming depends on the bulb. The fixture stands 7.5 inches from the ceiling, wires directly to a junction box with assembly required, and is rated for dry indoor rooms.

That depends on the bulb. A clear filament E26 lamp pushes the petal shape hard onto the ceiling as a defined floral shadow. A frosted lamp softens it to a glow with the texture only just readable.

Flush and semi-flush fixtures exist for ceilings that cannot give up the height. Choosing between them is mostly a clearance question.
