Teardrop glass hangs from a gold metal frame, and the shape of that frame is what separates the five configurations. A single pendant is a small fixture for a nightstand corner or a narrow hall. The round three and five light versions cluster tightly and suit an entry or a round table. The linear three and five light versions stretch the same components along a bar, which is the version to choose over a kitchen island or a long dining table.
The light source is built into each faceted crystal, so there is no bulb to buy and no lamp holder to fit. The frame is metal with glass drops, gold throughout, and the suspension adjusts up to 59 inches, enough to hang low over a table or pull tight to a standard ceiling. It is rated for dry locations only.
Spans vary widely across the range, so measure before choosing. The single measures 4.3 inches across and 5.1 inches deep. The round three light is 11 by 12.6 inches and the round five light 11 by 14.6 inches. The linear three light runs 19.7 inches wide and 21.3 deep, and the linear five light runs 27.6 inches wide and hangs 35.4 inches deep. Every configuration needs assembly and wiring to a ceiling box by a qualified electrician.

A chandelier is sized to the room as much as to the table. Get the diameter right first, then the height.
- Over a dining tableBottom of the fixture 30 to 34 inches above the tabletop.
- In a room with no tableKeep at least 7 feet of floor clearance at the lowest point.
- In a two storey entryHang it so the bottom sits level with the middle of the window from outside, never below 7 feet.
- Picking a sizeAdd the room's length and width in feet. That number in inches is a good diameter.
- Over a table specificallyDiameter about half the table width, and at least 12 inches narrower than the table on every side.
