Two rings, one set slightly off the other, so Rondine reads differently depending on where you stand in the room. From directly below it is a clean circle of diffused light. From the side the offset shows itself and the painted rim catches a bright edge where the two shells overlap. Depth is 5.5 inches, shallow enough for an eight foot ceiling and deep enough to keep a silhouette instead of disappearing into the plaster.
The body is iron in a flat black or white, with a diffuser across the aperture rather than a bare LED panel, so the light that reaches the room is even and the source stays hidden. The LED is integrated, supplied, and dimmable by remote. That last point carries more weight on a flush mount than on a lamp: this is a fixture you need a ladder to reach, so a bulb you never change and a dimmer you never wire are both real advantages.
Three diameters are offered, 15.7, 19.7 and 23.6 inches, all at the same 5.5 inch depth. The smallest suits a hallway, a small bedroom or a landing; the largest anchors a living room or sits over a dining table where the ceiling is otherwise bare. Installation is hardwired at a ceiling junction box, so kill the circuit first and bring in an electrician if the box is new work. A dry cloth is all the diffuser asks for.

No. The LED is integrated and supplied, which on a ceiling fixture you need a ladder to reach is rather the point: nothing to replace, and the dimming lives in the remote.
Flush and semi-flush fixtures exist for ceilings that cannot give up the height. Choosing between them is mostly a clearance question.
